Kingdoms and Castles is a city-building sim with a medieval flavour. You will start off with a tiny hamlet, and your task is to ensure that it grows and prospers to become as large as possible. But watch out: this is an era of plague and invasion, and you will need to keep a close eye on your people's safety.

Watch Your City Grow

Your town in Kingdoms and Castles will start off as little more than a collection of thatched huts. Over time, however, it will grow in size, gaining fortifications, wells, windmills, bridges and other such structures. Use your imagination to construct a city that suits your tastes - but you will need to make sure that your citizens are also happy with their new home!

Be On the Lookout for Hazards

The villagers of Kingdoms and Castles are under constant threat from a range of different dangers. In cold winter, they run the risk of freezing. When the plague comes around, they may become sick. Given that most of their structures are made from wood, you will need to keep an eye out for fires. And when Vikings invade, it will be your job to ensure that the intruders are sent packing before they do any lasting damage to your city!
